Por un periodismo de mayor calidad y sin obstáculos (+ Fotos )

Mayabeque, Cuba - La Asamblea X Congreso  de la Unión de Periodistas de Cuba dejó un saldo positivo para periodistas y directivos. Aspectos  como el cumplimiento de la política informativa, la implementación  de la política de comunicación y el otorgamiento de plazas para estudiar periodismo, matizaron  el mayor número de intervenciones.

En las delegaciones de las delegaciones de la Unión de Periodista de Cuba ubicadas en el municipio de Santa Cruz del Norte (La Voz del Litoral y Telemar), las relaciones de trabajo entre los medios de comunicación y las direcciones políticas y de gobierno muestran carencias y la respuesta de las fuentes de información es insuficiente.

Los afiliados de Radio Jaruco argumentaron que se minimiza al órgano de prensa local cuando ocurren hechos excepcionales y se prioriza la televisión nacional o provincial, lo que provoca falta de inmediatez y la publicación del hecho en  las plataformas sociales por parte de personas que gustan agudizar las circunstancias.

Los colegas de Telemayabeque defendieron la creación de agendas públicas, mediáticas y públicas que permitan acceder con mayor sistematicidad  temas de amplia repercusión popular, no obstante, aseguró Alberto Gutiérrez Walón, del Periódico Mayabeque, el periodista que sabe lo que hace es capaz de encontrar  la noticia bajo cualquier circunstancia y convertirla en un llamativo producto radiofónico o televisivo.

El funcionario del Departamento Ideológico del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Cuba, Enrique Villuenda,  dijo que “no tiene por qué haber dificultades al momento de determinar las agendas, lo que debe existir es una mejor planificación y consenso”.

En otro momento se llamó a retomar la realización de los encuentros UPEC-CAM-ASAMBLEA, como vía que puede contribuir  a eliminar las carencias que hoy muestran delegaciones en materia de vínculos y otros aspectos que además del interés de prensa, posibilitan el intercambio personal entre directivos y periodistas.

Al introducir el tema de la implementación de la política de Comunicación en la provincia, el Presidente de la organización en la provincia, Andy Duardo Martín,  manifestó que la Asociación está en condiciones de apoyar las acciones que en materia de comunicación se realicen en la provincia, a sabiendas que el desconocimiento que existe en este aspecto es también generador de los problemas que existen en el cumplimiento de la política informativa y reconoció que con el nacimiento del Departamento de Comunicación en  el Consejo de la Administración Provincial, las condiciones y hechos han ido cambiando de forma favorable.

El fatalismo geográfico sigue afectando a la provincia. La mayoría de los jóvenes que se gradúan de periodismo se quedan a trabajar en los medios de comunicación de La Habana y no se autoriza la creación de la Carrera de Periodismo en la Universidad Agraria de La Habana. Es preciso encontrar nuestras propias soluciones a esta problemática, dijo el  Miembro del Buró del Partido para las esferas político-ideológica, Jorge Félix Lazo.

Al valorar la  gestión de la prensa y la profesionalidad destacaron los esfuerzos de la radio y la Televisión mayabequense en la  aplicación un modelo de gestión de la calidad en las áreas informativas que tiene como principal objetivo incrementar la calidad técnico-artista de cada propuesta televisiva o radiofónica  dirigida a los receptores. El nivel de aplicación no es igual en todos los Medios de Comunicación, existen unos que están más adelantados que otros. Las primeras verificaciones después de aplicado el proceso dan cuenta de mayor calidad y capacitación.

Al cierre de los debates se les entregó el carné que los acredita como miembro de la Upec a 16 colegas, mientras Wilber Pastrana Pereira, de Radio Mayabeque, fue reconocido con el Premio Anual de Periodismo joven.

                                                                                                                                  

Los escrutinios de las boletas para dejar conformando el EjecutivoProvincial de la UPEC dieron  comoresultado la ratificación de Andy Duardo Martín, al frente de la organización de la provincia. Como miembros del Ejecutivo fueron se mantienen  Maricel González, Lianne Herrera Maricel González y Lianni Soto. Como nuevos integrantes Mariolis Escobar y Wilber Pastrana. Suplentes Suly Mary Carrasco y Greter Serrano.

Los asistentes a la Décima Asamblea  X Congreso de la UPEC en Mayabeque, decidieron que los integrantes de la Comisión Provincial de ética sean: Reinaldo Fuentes Rodríguez, Alberto Gutiérrez Walón, Luis Enrique García Cortina, María Amalia Pérez Suárez y Redi Méndez Matos.

                                  

Como delegados al Congreso de la organización, a efectuarse  en julio de 2018, fueron electos  Andy Duardo Martín, Elvis Gil Domínguez, Maricel González Suárez, María Amalia Pérez Suárez, Arianne Arrúe Pérez, José Antonio Manso Hernández.

El miembro del Comité Central del Partido y su primer secretario en la provincia de Mayabeque, Juan Miguel García Díaz, felicitó a los electos, celebró la claridad con que se plantearon los problemas y aseguró que los problemas existentes con la política informativa en la provincia son responsabilidad del Partido y por  tanto, la solución le corresponde al órgano político.
