La cita habanera debe servir para continuar reforzando la unidad y la capacidad de concertación regional, así como el proceso integracionista de Nuestra América.

El Consejo Político del ALBA-TCP deberá ratificar la declaración final de la XIV Cumbre Extraordinaria de Caracas y reafirmar el compromiso de sus Estados miembros con los preceptos de la Proclama de América Latina y el Caribe como Zona de Paz, adoptada por la CELAC en enero de 2014.
